An immersive summer football experience, conducted entirely in English, designed for training at the highest level with a select professional staff and cutting-edge technical and technological equipment. Participants will have the opportunity to compete with peers from all over Italy and practice using some of the most innovative technologies on the market, such as the ball that measures speed, LED tools, GPS, and much more.
MULTIDISCIPLINARITY
5 hours/day of training led by PRO coaches, supported by a Mental Coach, Athletic Trainer, and Physiotherapist for a truly professional experience.
OBJECTIVES
To promote the technical and individual growth of the athlete while maintaining focus on improvement, cooperation, and team interaction, fostering the acquisition of courage and self-esteem.
EXPERIENCE
We promote autonomy, team spirit, and the ability to face difficulties. We stimulate creativity, reinforce self-esteem and respect for others, thanks also to the presence of the Mental Coach.
TECH ACTIVITIES
Discover how to read and interpret your performance data to train more consciously, prevent injuries, and improve day by day.
METHODOLOGY
Work in stations within small groups homogeneous by age and level. Each group will be trained and monitored by all available coaches throughout the day.
ATHLETIC TESTS
Physical qualities are fundamental in football, necessary to win tackles, jump higher, or be faster. We improve these through specific training sessions, monitoring them with initial and final tests.
COMPETITIONS
Through matches and games, participants will have the opportunity to challenge themselves and embrace the values of healthy competition and fair play.
DATA EXPERIENCE
Participants will discover the fundamentals of data analysis applied to sport: learning how to read and interpret the numbers that describe their performance to train more consciously. It's not just about technology, but about understanding the value of data to improve oneself both on and off the field.
Knowing and monitoring training data helps young athletes better manage their bodies, prevent injuries, and optimize every session.
