You can book online by selecting the program you prefer, or by phone at 0422789675. Our Customer Care team is at your disposal to provide you with all the necessary support.
To be officially registered for one of our experiences, follow these steps:
- Purchase the experience and complete payment;
- Fill out the form received via email
- Sign the contract.
Payment can be made via:
- Bank transfer, according to the instructions contained in the registration email;
- Credit cards, through redirection to the payment platforms of each provider depending on the payment method selected between Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and China Union Pay (CUP);
- Scalapay, through redirection to the platform;
- PayPal, through redirection to the platform;
- Shop Pay, through redirection to the platform;
- Apple Pay, through redirection to the platform;
- Google Pay, through redirection to the platform.
You can cancel or modify your registration within 14 days from the completion date, without incurring any penalty.
Otherwise, if the cancellation request arrives within 60 days of the start of the course, the refund is equal to 50% of the course amount. More than 60 days after the start of the course, unfortunately we are unable to refund any sum.
Each course has a minimum and maximum number of participants.
In cases of force majeure problems or failure to reach the minimum number of participants in the courses, we will contact you and you can decide whether to request a refund of the entire fee paid or whether to use it for the purchase of other initiatives.
All our experiences are conducted entirely in English, except for the English&Robotics and English&Storytelling programs, which use a hybrid format with activities also in Italian.
No prior skills are necessary for our educational experiences, as educators and instructors start at a basic level and progressively increase complexity and stimulation during activities.
However, a minimum level of English, both written and spoken, is required. Participants should be able to understand and use common phrases related to everyday situations, communicate clearly on familiar topics, express opinions, and discuss subjects of interest, maintaining a fluent and understandable conversation with English speakers.
The English&Robotics and English&Storytelling experiences are designed for those with a beginner level of English (A1/A2).
During the educational experience, language support will be available to assist participants who may not feel entirely comfortable with English, ensuring a smooth and accessible learning experience for all.
During the summer, we cannot guarantee an organized transportation service.
The following public lines are available to reach the H-FARM CAMPUS:
- ATVO line 22: San Donà di Piave – Ca’ Tron – Treviso
- ATVO line 25a: San Donà di Piave – Marco Polo Airport – Mestre – Venice
- MOM line 108: Treviso – Lido di Jesolo
Participants over the age of 14 can independently go to the bus stop at the end of the activities, after completing the authorization form available in the app among the provided documents.
Participants can be collected by family members and acquaintances, after completing the delegation form available in the app among the provided documents.
Participants may bring a phone and/or tablet, but these devices may not be used in the lab, during breaks, or during sports/group activities.
For those choosing the residential option, there is a time slot available for calling family.
Participants aged 5 to 14 may use personal electronic devices during the following time slots:
- From 8:30 to 9:00 and from 16:30 to 17:30 (daily option);
- From 7:30 to 9:00 and from 16:30 to 22:00 (residential option).
Participants aged 15 to 19 may use personal electronic devices during the following time slots:
- From 8:30 to 9:00. and from 16:30 to 17:30 (daily option);
- Outside of educational activities, i.e., from 16:30 until 9:00 the following day (residential option).
H-FARM staff cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal phones.

Yes, there is free WiFi available on campus, accessible with an email address. There is no coverage in the school buildings.
During the enrollment process, you will receive an email asking you to indicate:
- Any food intolerance/ allergy/ specific dietary requirements
- Special educational needs
- Specific medical conditions or medication that have to be taken for specific treatments.
Based on your needs, our nursing and/or counseling team will contact you to arrange any necessary procedures or accommodations to ensure a positive experience for the participant.
The cost of the experience includes everything. The participant may bring some pocket money for any purchases made during the excursion outside the Campus.

Overnight option
Check-in is scheduled for Sunday at 16:00 at our Campus at Via Adriano Olivetti 1 (Roncade, TV). After check-in, there will be a presentation of the experience and teams for families in the Big Hall of H-FARM Campus.
On Friday afternoon, we welcome families to celebrate the closing event during which the participants can tell and show their family and friends what they have achieved during the entire Summer Academy week. A certificate recognizing the skills and abilities acquired during the program will be available in the app.
The cost of the overnight option includes:
• 5 nights of accommodation;
• 24 hours of educational activities;
• 18 hours of recreational activities;
• a full day of experiences outside the campus;*
• Full board
• educational and/or sports materials (excluding personal protective gear for BMX, skateboarding, mountain biking, and horse riding).
*Excludes those enrolled in the sports programs: Fundación Real Madrid Clinic, Milan Junior Camp, Horse Riding, who will continue their activities as scheduled.
The overnight option is available for courses designed for participants aged 8 to 19.
For the whole duration of the Summer Academy, participants sleep in the Student Residence Hall of H-FARM Campus.
Our Student Residence Hall offers double, triple or quadruple rooms with a private bathroom.
Room assignments are based on gender, age, and course. If there are roommate preferences, please indicate them in the form sent via email during registration, specifying the friend’s full name.
The H-FARM Summer Academy app provides contact information for calling our staff during evening and nighttime hours, as defined in the camper code of conduct.
After the daily activities and the afternoon snack, participants are supervised by the H-FARM Summer Academy staff, who organize various recreational activities such as sports, cultural events, arts, and social activities.
During the night until breakfast time, our boarding team is in charge of the participant's supervision. Moreover, a 24h surveillance service is provided all over the Campus by our security team.
Yes, there is a laundry service available (not included in the price) for all participants that are accommodated in our Campus. Laundry can not be used autonomously as the H-FARM Summer Academy staff needs to be present.
We provide everything necessary for a fully immersive experience, including leisure activities. We advise leaving items such as gaming consoles (e.g., Nintendo Switch), DSLR cameras, drones, etc., at home.
Responsibility for any loss and/or damage to personal objects cannot be attributed to the H-FARM staff.

Daily option
For those who choose the daily option, the experience will last from Monday to Friday.
The daily check in will be between 8:30 and 9:00, whereas check-out time is between 16:30 and 17:30.

Weekend on H-FARM Campus
Two options are available: the Caribe Bay Weekend and the Just Jump Weekend.
The Weekend Experience begins on Friday afternoon.
Depending on the chosen option, Saturday is dedicated to the Caribe Bay waterpark or to the Just Jump Trampoline Park, while Sunday is focused on relaxation, group games, and sports.
The Weekend Experience end on Sunday afternoon, at 16:00.
The cost of the Weekend Experience includes:
- 2 nights of accommodation;
- 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and 2 dinners;
- Admission to the Caribe Bay water park or the Just Jump Trampoline Park.
Check-in is on Friday afternoon, and check-out is on Sunday at 16:00.
The Weekend program is available for courses designed for participants aged 8 to 19.

Experiences 14-19 y.o.
No prior skills are necessary for our educational experiences Startup Bootcamp (AI Edition and Climate Tech Edition) and Made in Italy (Coding & Game Development Edition and Fashion Design Edition). The educators and instructors start from a basic level and gradually increase the complexity and challenges throughout the activities.
However, a B1/B2 level of English is required, both written and spoken. Participants should be able to understand and use common phrases and expressions, communicate clearly about the topics covered in the activities, express opinions, and engage in discussions on areas of interest, maintaining a fluid and comprehensible conversation with English speakers.
During the learning experience, participants who do not feel completely comfortable with English will be able to receive support from our staff, thus ensuring a smooth and accessible learning experience for all.
The teaching activities are run by experts and professionals.
For the Startup Bootcamps (AI Edition and Climate Tech Edition), the didactics are managed by H-FARM Entrepreneurship & Startup Centre, in collaboration with H-FARM AI.
For the Made in Italy activities (Coding & Game Development Edition and Fashion Design Edition), the didactics is provided by BigRock, in collaboration with H-FARM AI.
Check-in is scheduled for Sunday afternoon our Campus in via Adriano Olivetti 1 (Roncade, TV).
Following this, there will be a welcome session with a presentation of the project and the team.
Participants will stay for the entire duration of the Summer Academy at H-FARM Campus Marina facilities, located just 5 minutes from the H-FARM Campus, where the educational activities will take place.
The H-FARM Campus Marina offers double, triple, or quadruple rooms, with a private bathroom.
Room assignments are based on gender, age, and course. If there are roommate preferences, please indicate them in the form sent via email during registration, specifying the friend’s full name.
The cost includes:
- 12 nights of accommodation;
- approximately 40 hours of educational activities;
- recreational activities organized on campus;
- visits to local businesses and enterprises;
- off-campus experiences to explore the surrounding area;
- breakfast, lunch, and dinner served on campus;*
- snacks;
- educational and/or sports materials.
*Except for some moments in the city, when participants will be free to organize their meals on their own.
During the night until breakfast time, our staff is in charge of the participant’s supervision.
Yes, a laundry service is available for a fee for all participants staying at H-FARM Campus Marina.

What to bring
Sports equipment is provided by H-FARM, with the exception of personal protection that we ask the family to provide for the following sports: BMX and skateboarding, mountain biking, and horse riding.
Participants in the Fundación Real Madrid Clinic and Milan Junior Camp experiences should bring a pair of cleats for sports activities and regular athletic shoes.
No. H-FARM will provide all the computers and tablets necessary for the digital activities.
