Payment can be made via:

• Bank transfer, according to the instructions contained in the registration email;
• Credit cards, through redirection to the payment platforms of each provider depending on the payment method selected between Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and China Union Pay (CUP);
• Scalapay, through redirection to the platform;
• PayPal, through redirection to the platform;
• Shop Pay, through redirection to the platform;
• Apple Pay, through redirection to the platform;
• Google Pay, through redirection to the platform.

You can cancel or modify your registration within 14 days from the completion date, without incurring any penalty.

Otherwise, if the cancellation request arrives within 60 days of the start of the course, the refund is equal to 50% of the course amount. More than 60 days after the start of the course, unfortunately we are unable to refund any sum.

Each course has a minimum and maximum number of participants.

In cases of force majeure problems or failure to reach the minimum number of participants in the courses, we will contact you and you can decide whether to request a refund of the entire fee paid or whether to use it for the purchase of other initiatives.

For all our experiences, no previous skills and knowledge are required: educators start with a basic activities and then increase the complexity and stimuli as the days go by.

During summer we are not unfortunately able to guarantee transportation service.

However, public transport to and from the Campus is available with ATVO lines 22 and 25A and MOM line 108.

Participants over the age of 14 can independently go to the bus stop at the end of the activities, after completing the authorization form that we will send by email once registration is finalized.

Participants can be collected by family members and acquaintances, after completing the delegation form that we will send by email to participants together with all the necessary documentation.

Participants may bring their phones and/or tablets, but they may not be used in the lab, during breaks, or during sports/group activities. For those who choose the residential formula, there is a time slot where it is possible to use the telephone to call family members.

The time slots for telephone use are as follows:
9:00 a.m. --> mobile phones are collected from both daily and overnight participants.
4:00 p.m. --> mobile phone are returned to both daily and overnight participants.
10:00 p.m. --> mobile phones are collected (only overnight participants).
7:00/7:30 a.m. --> mobile phones are returned to overnight participants.

Responsibility for any loss and/or damage to personal phones cannot be attributed to H-FARM staff.

Yes, free WiFi connection is available all over our Campus and people can access by simply using an email address.

Once the enrolment process is completed, you will receive an email asking you to indicate:

- Any food intolerance/ allergy/ specific dietary requirements

- Special educational needs

- Specific medical conditions or medication that have to be taken for specific treatments.

For those who chose the overnight option, the experience starts on Sunday and ends on Friday. Check in time is between 5PM and 7PM on Sunday afternoon, whereas check out is at 4PM on Friday afternoon.

On Friday afternoon, at 4.00 pm, we welcome families to celebrate the final moment during which the participants can tell and show their family and friends what they have achieved during the entire Summer Academy week. On this occasion, everyone will be given a badge which certifies the skills and abilities acquired during the course.

The overnight option includes:

- 5 nights accommodation

- 30 hours activities (digital, international, sport, orientation)

- 20 hours sport activities or leisure trip outside the Campus

- Full board

- Teaching and technological material or sport equipments

The overnight option is available for all the experiences apart from Little Inventors as we do accommodate participants starting from 8 years old.

For the whole duration of the Summer Academy, participants sleep in the Student Residence Hall of H-FARM Campus

Our Student Residence Hall offers double or triple room with private bathroom.

All the contacts of our evening and night staff are available in our H-FARM Summer Academy app.

Everything is already included in the cost of the experience. Those who choose the residential formula can bring money with them for any purchases during outings.

After the daily courses and the afternoon snack, participants can enjoy sport activities or leisure trips outside the campus, organized by our boarding staff. Kids and Teens can take part in cooking classes, pool outings, movie nights and many more activities.

During the night until breakfast time, our boarding team is in charge of the participant's supervision. Moreover, a 24h surveillance service is provided all over the Campus by our security team.

Yes, we do have a laundry service available (not included in the price) for all the participants that are accommodated in our Campus. Laundry can not be used autonomously as our boarding staff needs to be present.

We will provide everything you need to enjoy the experience 100%, even in moments outside of daytime activity. We recommend leaving objects such as video game consoles (e.g. Nintendo Switch), reflex cameras, drones, ... at home.
