It is forbidden to damage or misuse facilities, furniture, and devices provided for the activities (edutech kits, computers, tablets).

Improper use of such vehicles will result in disciplinary sanctions, as specified in the Disciplinary Measures section. However, non-motorized means of transport—such as skateboards, non-electric scooters, and bicycles—are permitted for movement between buildings.

OVERNIGHT OPTION
The overnight option allows kids and teens aged 8 to 18 to fully participate in the formative and extracurricular activities of the Summer Academy.Participants will be accommodated in double, triple, or quadruple rooms with en suite bathroom. The service includes room cleaning upon arrival and departure, a mid-week refresh with towel change, and daily cleaning of common areas.
Access to the rooms is permitted only when accompanied by the Summer Academy staff, who manage the room opening via a specific badge.
If a participant needs to re-enter the room outside of the established hours, they must refer to the staff member on duty to be escorted and authorized for access.
A complimentary WiFi connection is available in the rooms, accessible via an email address.
CHECK-IN AND ROOM ASSIGNMENT
Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 PM on Sunday. Any delays or absences must be promptly communicated via email to summeracademy@h-farm.com.
Parents may communicate their preference regarding room assignment to the Summer Academy staff via a ZoHo Form. The criteria followed for assignment will be gender, age, kinship, and friendships. If we are unable to meet the requested preferences, the family will be notified.
For participants choosing to stay on Campus for more than one week (Pack option), we will do our best to ensure they are assigned the same room for the entire duration of their stay. However, this continuity cannot always be guaranteed, and the participant might have to change roommates during their permanence.
ROOM CHECK-OUT AND PARTICIPANT PICK UP
Rooms must be vacated no later than 8:30 AM on the final day of the experience (Friday). After leaving the room, the participant will regularly take part in all other activities scheduled for the day. Participant pick-up by parents is scheduled for the afternoon, starting from 4:00 PM.
Any damages found or the need for extraordinary cleaning not attributable to normal wear and tear will be charged to the families.

USE OF PERSONAL ELECTRONIC DEVICES
To make the participants’ experience as social and positive as possible and to promote their overall well-being, we have implemented limited digital device usage. This approach encourages tech detox and the conscious use of technology to ensure optimal rest.

Personal electronic devices are stored by the Summer Academy staff during activities and will only be handed over to participants during specific time slots, which are set according to age.

Participants may bring their devices but must hand them over to the educators at the start of the day.
