During this workshop, you will have the opportunity to experience the International Baccalaureate (IB) educational system and live an immersive experience in one of the best boarding schools in Italy. The English course is structured to offer participants the chance to study the English language according to their abilities and skills, with the goal of improving their language proficiency. English lessons will be integrated with subjects offered by our International School, involving various cognitive areas and stimulating linguistic, artistic, and analytical abilities.

You will have the opportunity to follow your passions and discover new ones by working on robotics, programming, AI, and virtual reality projects.

The course is designed to welcome participants with an English proficiency level between A1 and B2. Before the start of the course, a placement test will be sent for the participants' partition into the above-mentioned levels.

Age 8-11y.o:

  You will be able to create your imaginary friend through the use of artificial intelligence. You'll learn the basic concepts of film production, experiment with creative writing and hand drawing of your character. With the help of AI, you'll transform your drawing into an animated digital character. An engaging experience that combines imagination and technology!

My name is Amr Helmy. I am a Computer Science teacher at H-FARM. It is my pleasure to be the International Experience Coordinator at H-FARM this year. Due to my background, I am motivated to expose the Summer Academy students to as many different experiences as possible in the latest technologies such as robotics and AI, an area in which H-FARM is at the forefront. I am also a firm believer in the importance of languages, especially English. Learning and practising a foreign language is seen as an intensive way of developing brain neurons and enhancing critical thinking and problem solving skills.
