During the week you will have the opportunity to experience two different disciplines: skating and beach tennis.
The roller sessions will start from the basics of skating, from the approach of the stability of the means, to the base position, up to the thrust and then try to compete on slalom, zig zag, lemon exercise, approach to the crossing, descent and, with the help of the teacher, obstacle jump.
The beach tennis activities will be divided into three moments: technique, practice and game tactics through matches. First you will focus on some fundamentals by analyzing them individually such as the exact grip of the racket, the analysis and correction of the straight, the backhand, the volley, the smash and the service. In the practical part, you will develop the shots just learned by inserting them within a game phase or in any case in motion. Finally, you will test yourself through challenges and point games to put into practice everything you have learned.
