During this course, you can experience parkour with sessions in the gym and outdoors. Thanks to static and dynamic balance exercises, ground or mid-air flips, you will have the opportunity to safely experiment and acquire the experience of moving through space, mastering the typical techniques of this sport, which, although initially complex, are more effective. Special attention will be paid to the ability to fall, essential if you want to learn to jump. Thanks to the use of trampolines and mats, participants will approach parkour aiming for greater awareness of their body's use in the surrounding space.
