Parkour

    • During this course, you can experience parkour with sessions in the gym and outdoors. Thanks to static and dynamic balance exercises, ground or mid-air flips, you will have the opportunity to safely experiment and acquire the experience of moving through space, mastering the typical techniques of this sport, which, although initially complex, are more effective. Special attention will be paid to the ability to fall, essential if you want to learn to jump. Thanks to the use of trampolines and mats, participants will approach parkour aiming for greater awareness of their body's use in the surrounding space.

    TOMMASO LORENZON - Istruttore

    Passionate about acrobatics since childhood, he has always been driven by the desire to improve mastery of movements and space. At the age of eleven, he took his first step towards his sports/artistic career by enrolling in a break-dance course, focusing on the acrobatic part. He participates in theatrical shows as an acrobat and, since 2012, works in gyms as an acrobatics and parkour instructor and in schools as an educator in extracurricular services.

    Each participant will receive a Nike clothing kit that includes 2 t-shirts, 2 shorts and 1 gymbag.

    One instructor for 10 participants, we want to make sure that teens always have a mentor available when needed.

    A minimum number of participants is required to confirm the workshop.

    Sports equipment will be provided by H-FARM.

    At the end of the experience each participant will receive the badge which certifies the skills acquired (hard skills and soft skills).
